For our customer, an internationally active DAX Group, we are currently looking for a:
Senior UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)
Short description
The software product is a decision support platform for farmers. It is available in 9 countries around the globe and helps farmers to get better yield in a more sustainable manner. Based on different input sources like satellite and drone imagery, machinery data, soil maps, weather etc., it can predict crops’ development, disease risks, insect infections, and much more. We are looking for a thoughtful and diligent designer who is ready to accept the challenge and join our team to solve really complex and interesting tasks.
In this role following experience is required:
- Understanding of the principles of the user journey and interfaces design for both desktop and mobile
- Expertise in planning and redesign of websites and subsequent UI implementation
- Experience with products which have complex information architecture
- Able to work independently and formulate proposals for further product improvements
- Able to define, collect, and analyze the data needed to solve design problems
- Able to control the timing of tasks independently
- Able to discuss and negotiate with product managers, customers, department heads
- Able to review, guide, and control how design guidelines are fulfilled during the development process
- Familiarity with interfaces testing methods
- Able to analyze statistics, collect, and test ideas for further product improvement
- Experience with tools like InVision, Sketch, Figma
- You should also be self-directed, analytical, and work well in an international team environment
