We are looking for a (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d, based in Berlin, hybrid).

AT ROYFORT YOU WILL:
- In a nutshell: Be responsible for scaling our marketing activities to significant revenue across all types of channels. The scope of this role might sound vague to you. It is not: depending on your core skill we will define this role and at Royfort everyone does things they love doing – thats how we unleash your potential!
- Own one or various of these channels: paid marketing (Google, FB/IG), CRM marketing/ newsletter via Klaviyo, influencer marketing, assist in the B2B segment.
- Hands-on and engage freelancers wherever you think it accelerates the growth process.
- Engage in an exciting project outside your core role such as developing a new home & living product, designing packaging or any other idea you may have.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Hands-on experience trafficking ads and launching campaigns across multiple platforms and optimizing towards KPIs.
- You are data driven, you test your assumptions rather than jumping to conclusions too early.
- You think big and are excited to voice your opinion and give feedback.
- You are fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus.
