About the Role
This strategic leadership role will focus on aligning R&D efforts, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experience and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global R&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project prioritisation, resource management, and budget planning for innovation initiatives.
- Standardise engineering and development processes, ensuring consistency across the group.
- Work closely with sales and key clients to develop tailored, market-driven solutions.
