Director Business Development EMEA and Distributor Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Supply Chain: Oversee inventory management, optimize delivery routes, and ensure timely deliveries to maintain efficient stock levels and minimize costs.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to improve communication, resolve issues, and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop Business: Identify and pursue new contracts, analyse logistical challenges, and design supply strategies that align with long-term business goals and market demands.
- Manage Projects: Plan, execute, and monitor logistics projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Manage Performance: Analyse daily performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to enhance logistics efficiency and meet performance targets.
- Train Distribution Network: Assess training needs and deliver ongoing training programs to enhance the skills of the local distribution network and improve overall performance.
- Organize Events: Plan and execute promotional and awareness events to engage customers, strengthen brand presence, and boost sales.
Profile:
- Medical Device/ Technology experience essential.
- Degree in Medical Technology or Business related principle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- A natural leader who can manage a team while fostering a collaborative environment. Able to motivate and guide others to achieve goals.
