Senior Automation + Manual QA Engineer (JS/TS) (all genders welcome)

How you support our team

As an Automation QA Engineer, your mission will be to ensure the highest quality of the market-leading product in the e-commerce industry through quality assurance, manual and automated testing activities.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with development teams to define testing strategies and ensure the best test coverage.
• Developing manual and automation tests on different parts of our web applications (backend, APIs, front-end interfaces).
• Participating in code reviews and providing technical support to less experienced QAs.
• Writing documentation and test cases.
• Selecting relevant tools and technologies in the process of maintenance and further application enhancements.
• Driving continuous improvement in QA processes and workflows.

What sets you apart

• 4+ years of commercial experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript .
• Solid experience with automation tools such as Playwright , Mocha , Chai , and Axios .
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MongoDB .
• Experience with AWS.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven experience in:
  • API automation (TypeScript, Axios, Mocha).
  • UI automation (TypeScript, Playwright, Mocha, Chai).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience contributing to process improvements , adopting new tools and technologies, and implementing best QA practices .
• Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken).
