Your tasks

  • Market portfolio analysis for electricity, natural gas, and district heating.
  • Development and implementation of energy procurement strategies for portfolios and individual properties.
  • Active portfolio management, optimization, and further development.
  • Integration of portfolios and individual delivery points.
  • Coordination of CO2 certificates.
  • Preparation and drafting of tenders for potential suppliers.
  • Review and preparation of contract documents in coordination with the legal department.
  • Control of change management.
  • Price and contract negotiations, framework agreements.
  • Ensuring purchasing procedures, processes, and projects in day-to-day business.

Controlling and risk management

  • Data processing and analysis as well as preparation of reports and evaluations.

  • Monitoring and optimization of the electricity and natural gas portfolios by analyzing short and long-term forecasts.
  • Recording, analysis, and reporting of energy consumption and costs.

  • Expertise in accounting and controlling.
