Job brief

Responsibilities:

• To work as part of a team to create email marketing campaigns, benchmarking industry best practice.

• To create customer segmentation and provide requested personalization to support email contents by using strong data management skill.

• To provide KPIs report evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns which help continuous improve in marketing performance
  Requirements

• Campaign management experience (Adobe Campaign, classic)

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Data management skills / SQL basics

• Well organized and detail-oriented

• Good verbal and written communication skills and willingness to learn

• Some experience in digital marketing, CRM or web development

• Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with other colleagues and being a dedicated team player

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with major campaign management and marketing automation solutions such as Adobe Campaign, IBM Silverpop, Unica, Salesforce, ExactTarget, Responsys strongly preferred.

Would be a plus:

• Campaign management experience
• Basic knowledge of Javascript
• Email marketing & CRM experience
