The Marketing Coordinator will analyze and study the information generated by Mintel about customers, consumers, trends, products, and services and contribute to the market knowledge of each division. The person in the role will become an expert in the categories we work in, build deep knowledge of the Latam categories and applications, and know the local differences in customs and needs. The person in the role will generate value by helping improve the design and look and feel of deliverables (presentations, merchandising materials, etc.) that are produced by the marketing team.
Mintel
Generate reports using Mintel (GNPD & Trends) in the categories of interest to the company and send them to the global team. Respond to all requests for information from global marketing and/or global sales regarding new product launches and/or market trends and/or market data.
Categories Knowledge
Develop local content in the assigned categories, through the analysis of Mintel and other sources, market knowledge and information provided by the teams, with the aim of contributing to the management of local categories knowledge. Develop internal presentations to share this knowledge, innovations and trends by category and market, and communicate it internally to local team.
Branding & Design
To clearly understand CPL Group branding rules and policies, implementing them in CPL Latam facilities and in all events and exhibitions. To coordinate the design and development of corporate merchandising materials. Support the design and development of marketing materials that add value to the deliverables that are produced by the marketing team.
Miscellaneous
Proper use of the brand assets ensuring they are in line with the group's policies commercial collections to promote new technologies, initiatives and platforms. Adhere to quality, health, safety and environmental policies and procedures of the company. Any additional duties as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Marketing Degree / Administrative Careers / Designer
- 3 years of experience in Marketing in a Fragrance, Personal Care, Fabric Care or Home Care company.
- High level of English.
- Excellent PowerPoint management and presentation skills, or other tools like Canva.
- Strong analytical skills. Market analysis capacity.
- Creative with a passion for fragrances. Interest in FMCG (personal and home care) categories.
- Curiosity to learn and explore new sources of information to diversify knowledge.
