We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Telecommunications System Engineer to join our esteemed aerospace company. As a Telecommunications System Engineer, you will be instrumental in the advancement of our telecommunication initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing the system engineering tasks specifically related to telecommunications constellations. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, efficiency, and reliability of satellite systems that power our telecommunications infrastructure.
Your Tasks
- Take charge of system engineering tasks within the telecommunication business, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance of satellite systems.
- Provide valuable guidance to the telecommunication business through in-depth studies and projects, focusing on overall mission definition and satellite design aspects.
- Collaborate closely with the payload department in telecom, actively participating in satellite design discussions and ensuring effective integration of telecommunication systems.
- Utilize your expertise to design cutting-edge telecommunication constellation systems through diverse studies, incorporating the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Support the cost optimization efforts of our OHB telecommunication platform products, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancement without compromising quality and performance.
Your Qualifications
- Complete degree in engineering, physics or aerospace engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in telecommunications.
- Experience in system engineering from mission definition (including constellation) and satellite/platform/subsystems design, desirable.
- Profound experience in the technical fields of space communication systems especially telecommunication.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to identify personally with the goals.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Very good knowledge of English.
