YOUR ROLE

As a member of the Commercial Operations Team you will be in charge of the commercial strategy, operational excellence and sales growth and profitability of marketplaces for all brands belonging to Razor Group, focusing mainly on WALMART.COM.MX. You will also be responsible for co-leading the expansion project of sales channels to other marketplaces in Mexico as part of the global expansion project in LATAM and will have end-to-end responsibility for its development/performance, sales growth and market share.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define Walmart's commercial strategy to drive organic sales growth within this marketplace with a focus on increasing market share for our brands and maximizing profitability; with full responsibility for the commercial and operational P&L of the channel.
  • Cross-channel pricing and commercial strategy alignment based on data analysis to identify, evaluate and execute actions to increase sales and profitability across all channels in Mexico considering competitive market conditions and our cost structure.
  • Analyze advertising performance and share of sales and costs to align priorities and focus with global advertising teams.
  • Deeply understand the consumer and focus the marketplace strategy on providing them with the best shopping solutions.
  • Co-lead the project to open other marketplaces in Mexico to increase our market share.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you need:

  • A bachelor's degree in administration, business, economics or in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant eCommerce and/or consumer retail business experience with mainly focused on commercial development or brand management.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Demonstrate clear ownership and end-to-end thinking as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proficient in Excel and business fluent in English.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
