The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects at Clermont Hotel Group. Based in our Central Support Office, the successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful technology projects. The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning to implementation and support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead multidisciplinary technology and business teams through the full cycle of project delivery.
- Ensure all project activities are managed in line with standard processes and policies.
- Plan, monitor, and manage costs, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery.
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to stakeholders.
- Effectively manage risks and issues, taking action to resolve them accordingly.
- Capture all key decisions and actions.
- Liaise with legal teams and procurement to ensure processes are followed and appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Manage project dependencies and impacts across business functions, coordinating with other project teams as required.
- Task-manage project resources to ensure quality deliverables are achieved and signed off.
- Manage relevant supplier relationships.
- Ensure all required testing is performed to validate that requirements have been met.
- Manage project implementation and coordinate business change activities.
- Oversee the transition of the project into service, ensuring adequate support and issue resolution during the project warranty period.
- Complete all stage gates, ensuring appropriate artifacts have been created, reviewed, and signed off.
- Conduct project reviews and close-outs, capturing and documenting lessons learned, and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project team, ensuring they are fully informed at all times.
- Line manage any contract resources recruited specifically for project deliverables.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not required.
- Strong financial management skills and experience in budgeting and cost control.

- Ability to set clear expectations and drive great results from the team.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
