We will only have a real impact if we implement our technology and enable the successful construction of our facilities for the manufacture of our e-products. For this purpose, we are looking for a team leader in module production (m/f/d) with a strategic mindset.
Your tasks
- You coordinate and lead a growing team of currently 6 employees.
- You coordinate the technical processes and resources.
- You plan the personnel deployment in coordination with the production program.
- You implement the quality specifications and ensure adherence to delivery dates.
- You optimize the production processes in close cooperation with development/plant planning.
- You support the targeted further development of the technical skills of the subordinate employees.
- You initiate CIP projects and supervise their implementation.
- You ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned production area and ensure compliance with operating instructions and occupational safety regulations.
- You integrate small and research orders into the standard production process.
Your profile
- Completed engineering studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar), completed training as a master craftsman or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the assembly of plants, subassemblies or machines.
- Experience in personnel management and coordination of employees.
- Knowledge of process engineering desirable.
- Organizational talent, motivator and team player.
