Tasks
- Responsibility for the efficient management and monitoring of our managed services
- Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Definition and monitoring of monitoring metrics
- Configuration and management of IT environments
- Management of the service desk
- Responsibility for the security of our IT infrastructure
- Close cooperation with external partners and software providers
Profile
- Completed university studies in business informatics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the administration of monitoring and ticket systems
- Knowledge of developing and managing deployment processes
- Preferred experience in a cloud environment, especially AWS or OTC
- ITIL certification an advantage
- Expertise in the use of the Atlassian suite, especially JIRA, JIRA JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat
- Experience in network infrastructure and data security
- Knowledge of user management, especially Active Directory / LDAP
- Experience in contract management in the area of hosting and application operation
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
