Your role & mission

Participation in the preparation of differentiating and competitive offers and in technical and economic feasibility studies on the Mobility and Industry markets. Technical support to sales teams during the entire sales process. As part of the tendering department, you will be in charge of answering mobility/industry proposals with Electrolyzer and Hydrogen refueling stations.

  • Perform, gather, consolidate cost estimates for products and engineering hours for ongoing offers from internal Return of experience, market practice, suppliers and discipline feedbacks.
  • Analysis of customer specifications and participate in the preparation of technical solutions and documentation for tenders.
  • Elaborate some standard FEED (Front-End-Engineering-Design) studies.
  • Provide technical support to Tendering and Sales Manager including frontal discussion with customers.
  • Analyzing of win-ratio.
  • Participate in optimizing the TCO (total cost of ownership of hydrogen) in collaboration with product department, energy manager and engineering office.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze internal budget RETEX of past projects.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to understand the risks occurred.
  • Participate in request for answer for quotation.
  • Doing some competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze internal return of experience in bid answers (reasons for losses, ability to win proposals).
  • Provide support to Tendering manager in finalizing the Quality Management system of the Sales Department.

Your Profile

Education: Engineering Master degree. A specialization in energy or Master of Science in Energy will be a plus. Business Degree is a plus.

Know-how:

  • Interest or knowledge of the energy market and more specifically of hydrogen.
  • Knowledge of engineering units (electrical and energy) and ability to perform quick order of magnitude calculations.
  • Ability to understand project risks and industrial projects.
  • Interest or knowledge of financial tools (cost and margin calculation, ROI, LCOH & LCOE calculations).

Soft skills:

  • Complete knowledge of Excel tools, VBA will be a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Curiosity.
  • Accuracy / reliability.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Team spirit.

  • Working conditions: full time trainee position, between 4-6 months long.
  • Start possibility: 1st trimester 2024.
  • Remuneration: monthly gratification of 900€ gross + lunch vouchers + 50% reimbursement of public transport.
