Our branch based in Switzerland is specialized in the development, design, and installation of catenary systems, as well as the development and sale of catenary components.
As part of the management team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive our financial strategy and ensure the financial integrity of our company. As a member of the management team, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of financial strategies to ensure the growth and long-term success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and implementation of a long-term financial strategy aligned with company goals;
- Evaluation of financial risks and implementation of effective risk management;
- Preparation and continuous monitoring of the budget;
- Continuous monitoring of cash flow and ensuring company liquidity;
- Development of strategies for optimal use of financial resources;
- Responsibility for accurate reporting on current financial risks;
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations;
- Implementation of internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data;
- Efficient cash management, monitoring receivables and payments;
- Negotiation of credit agreements and financial instruments;
- Overseeing and managing the organization’s IT operations and systems;
- Undertaking strategic tasks in projects (like leading new ERP project implementation);
- Ensuring professional leadership of the Finance & Controlling department;
- Leadership and active participation in working groups for the swiss entity and at Group level;
- Role model/exemplification of entrepreneurial values;
- Cultivation and management of relationships with internal (also at Group level) and external stakeholders;
- Active promotion of a strong financial culture throughout the company.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or masterâs degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field;
- Several years of experience in senior financial positions, ideally with increasing responsibilities;
- Successful development and implementation of financial strategies;
- Proven successes in financial planning, budgeting, and cost-benefit analyses;
- Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication abilities;
- Adaptability to changing business environments and proactive problem-solving ability;
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
