Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.We are currently looking for a Project Manager Offshore (m/f/x) for ELA Container Offshore GmbH.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of offshore projects (average project duration of approx. 4 to 5 years) Responsibility for the project outcome from technical clarification to acceptance Definition of the project strategy, planning of the project phases as well as dedicated implementation of the project taking into account technical, economic and time aspects Technical leadership of the project team of engineers and technicians, definition of corresponding work packages as well as commissioning of external subcontractors Reporting to the management Project controlling in cooperation with commercial project management

Your skills

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, shipbuilding or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in managing projects in the field of technical plant construction Independent working style, good communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken High willingness to travel to construction sites in Europe, the Middle East and Asia
