HR Manager with focus on recruiting [m|w|d] part-time

Your tasks:
- You take over the recruiting process, identify suitable channels for new talent and conduct interviews and make the (pre)selection of suitable candidates.
- You further develop our recruiting processes, develop new recruiting strategies and optimize our candidate journey.
- You maintain the talent pool to identify and attract potential candidates for future positions.
- You organize the onboarding of new employees and lead projects along the Employee Lifecycle in the area of personnel development or employer branding.
Your profile:
- You have a degree or completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR.
- You have a strategic view of human resources and corporate development.
- You have very good communication skills and the talent to inspire people and win them over.
- You bring organizational talent and a self-reliant and team-oriented way of working.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
