Technical Support Representative – Airline Support Team (f/m/d)

An exciting opportunity as a Technical Support Representative – Airline Support Team (f/m/d) has arisen within the Rolls-Royce Deutschland Civil business for a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated individual to join Customer Operations, Airline Support Team network.
The Technical Support Representative will provide Operational Fleet and Service Delivery support for Rolls-Royce Civil Large Engine customers for the Europe Customer Regional Team and will be based in Frankfurt. The Service Representative role will offer the opportunity to interface directly with our airline customers daily.
Key Accountabilities:
- You will act as the key integrator in the on-site coordination of contracted TotalCare services on time and to the customer’s expectation.
- You will provide on-wing technical support for the company’s products, including out of hours support.
- You will manage customer satisfaction to BPD targets.
- You will pro-actively manage operational reliability.
- You will meet data reporting requirements to the business using appropriate systems and channels.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree in technical field.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment and ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or possess significant experience of the company’s products and services. An understanding of engine operation and functionality plus experience of airline operations will also be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a customer’s operational environment.
- Well organized with a proven ability to plan and prioritize to achieve on-time delivery.
- Fluent English is required; German is desirable.
