Job Description:

Biosense Webster is a division of Johnson & Johnson leading in cardiac electrophysiology. The field of electrophysiology specializes in the study and treatment of heart rhythm disorders in cardiology. The role involves diagnosing and treating arrhythmias (particularly tachycardia) using electrode catheters during cardiac catheterization.

Responsibilities:

• You will advise and support medical personnel in operating the CARTO 3 Navigation System during electrophysiological procedures.
• As a sales representative and primary contact for the entire product portfolio in minimally invasive electrophysiology, you will demonstrate the various clinical applications of the CARTO 3 system and enhance system utilization, contributing to the company\’s success.
• You will analyze customer needs and goals, being responsible for the ongoing development and strengthening of customer relationships.
• Through evidence-based practices, you will find the most suitable and modern solutions for your customers, actively driving the development and digitalization of electrophysiological laboratories.
• As an expert, you will also be the first point of contact for our customers regarding errors or technical defects, acting as a liaison between the customer and our technical team (troubleshooting).

Qualifications:

• You have a scientific-technical degree, a degree in medical technology, business administration, or a related field, or a successful completion of training in a medical environment.
• You are willing to engage in a field service role with a high travel percentage (at least 80%, primarily in the assigned region) and possess fluent German and good English skills.
• You have strong communication skills, enjoy building and maintaining relationships, and have a high level of customer orientation.
• You demonstrate self-organization and the ability to creatively solve problems.
• You possess a high technical affinity and an interest in understanding complex technical contexts and exchanging ideas on scientific papers/studies.
