Your duties:

1. International customer contact in the technical field
2. Supporting our worldwide customers from the office and on-site by managing complex and demanding event requirements
3. Conducting customer-specific training
4. Acting as an extension of the development team for testing new products and contacting customers
5. Documenting our products in our knowledge base and internal knowledge transfer
6. The position is located in Pfinztal with the possibility to work temporarily from Boulder, USA, or Kuala Lumpur

Your profile:

1. Exceptional comprehension and problem-solving skills
2. Willingness to travel and work on weekends
3. Fluent English skills; additional language skills such as German, French or Spanish are advantageous
4. Ideally, basic knowledge in software development
5. Experience in sports timing or endurance events is advantageous
