Job Mission:

We are seeking an Accountant Specialist in MS Dynamics or in SAP to join our team on a temporary basis. This position involves a mix of general accounting tasks and active participation in the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 ERP within our organization. If you have a strong background in accounting and ERP systems, and you\’re eager to take on an international project, we encourage you to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support our current accounting team by managing creditor and debtor bookings.
• Ensure accurate financial record-keeping in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Participate in the German and further group-wide rollout of MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Train other colleagues as ERP expert.
• Provide support during the implementation, ensuring seamless integration with accounting operations.
• Work with internal teams to optimize ERP functionalities.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 2+ years of accounting experience with willingness to work on an international project.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or MS Dynamics 365 ERP system.
• Advanced German & English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Project management experience related to ERP systems implementation would be nice to have.
• Assisted in process documentation, troubleshooting, and user training related to SAP or MS Dynamics 365.
