We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position \“Sales Contract Management Support\“ (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Digital and paper-based archiving of all delivery files and other contractual documents
  • Dispatch of delivery documents to various internal functions (Sales and Finance) and external parties (Airline Customers)
  • Creation, update and dispatch of notifications for courier services
  • Creation and dispatch of notices of delivery including managing and arranging notary appointments & preparing the necessary documents

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an office communications clerk with many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
  • More than two years of professional experience in the field of secretarial/ assistant
  • Experience in a secretarial and administrative area is required
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Office
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • German is an advantage
  • Flexible working hours required: twice a week until 8 p.m.
