Your Responsibilities

- Handle technical inquiries from national and international customers in the office (telephone and e-mail support for technical customer inquiries) and provide customer support.
- Handle technical complaints.
- Be responsible for personal customer support in technical matters; make occasional customer visits.
- Maintain customer documentation in the ERP/CRM system.
- Analyze and correct errors.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and communicate them to the product development and marketing team.
- Work closely with the sales team and support them in sales activities.
- Build and maintain a support ticket system.
