3D Artist (Generalist) (Human)

Your mission & challenges

As a 3D Generalist within our Creative Content team, you will participate in the development of high-quality 3D visualizations, cinematics, and assets optimized for real-time rendering engines. Everything you create will support a variety of sales and marketing initiatives that are key to our marketing strategy.

• Develop and implement high-quality CG images, emotional movies and real-time presentations to support the marketing team with a primary focus in creative 3D content for social media, VR/AR/XR experiences and other marketing collaterals
• Produce bespoke visuals that effectively communicate our products, vision, aesthetics, and functionalities
• Create, manage and optimize your 3D assets for high end stills and cinematics
• Set up and optimize your shaders and lighting for real-time environments
• Deal with time and budget constraints while creating the best possible output
• Feel responsible to assure the best visual and technical quality of your created assets
• Proactively develop our CG pipeline and workflows even further
• Work in close collaboration with internal teams, project stakeholders, and external 3D specialists, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and the successful completion of projects
• Help your colleagues to overcome challenges and provide an inspiring working environment through supporting creativity and openness

• You have several years of experience in 3D visualization, entertainment industry, agency or related field
• Strong generalist knowledge of modelling, texturing and animation
• Proficiency in 3D tools such as 3dsmax or others and render engines like VRay – Real-time/Unreal is a plus
• A passion for creating 3D content that resonates emotionally with people
• High level of creativity and desire to implement your ideas
• A keen artistic eye for detail, lighting, color and composition
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality visualizations
• Strong collaboration skills
• Very good briefing comprehension skills
• You have a strong will to shape the future of robotics
• Reliability and resilience complete your profile
• Advanced English skills
