What will you do?
- Understand the business needs and translates them into reports and dashboards.
- Lead periodical and per demand Analysis of field issues and other data collected by the Salesforce (CRM) system, and/or other systems such as Oracle.
- Monitor, analyze, observe trends and patterns, raise concerns for pandemics or repeated issues.
- Design, develop, maintain reports and dashboards for Global and Regional Support Centers, using SalesForce or other analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Root cause analysis of field failures, customer complaints and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Perform product related analysis, and presenting the output to the R&D teams.
- Present data findings in easily understandable format for relevant stakeholders (QA, R&D, Customer Support, RMA).
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with BI and CRM systems (preferably SalesForce).
- Has experience with Tableau for data visualization. Developer experience - an advantage.
- Experience in MS Office suite (mandatory Excel and PowerPoint).
- Nice to have SharePoint experience.
- Fluent English (read write speak).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and human relations.
- Fast learner.
