Broadgate is partnered with a high-growth Hedge Fund in Zurich, looking to hire a Senior Fund Operations Officer. The fund runs a Fixed Income strategy and are ready to launch a brand new fund. The role will play a crucial part of the day-to-day operations of the hedge fund and will offer you a chance to be a key contributor to the growth of a brand new hedge fund. We are seeking someone with a background in financial operations and a knowledge of fixed income, with a strong organisational and analytical skills. Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate with traders to ensure accurate trade execution and settlements
• NAV Reconciliations and month end processes, overseeing external fund administrators
• Ensuring operations comply with internal policy and external regulation
• Oversee all client KYC and onboarding
• Responsible for leading portfolio administration
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Requirements : Essential :

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics related subject
• 3+ years of hedge fund operations or fixed income trading experience
• Strong understanding of FX Transactions
• Professional certification such as CFA, CAIA, CIPM or CA
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience of risk management
