We are looking for a capable, motivated team player to fill the role of the Customer Service Representative located in Israel.

Your tasks:

  • Communication with national and international customers in Hebrew and English if necessary (written and by phone)
  • Provide customer service for the product portfolio (test probes and test fixture parts)
  • Advise customers regarding alternative product solutions
  • Creation of quotations
  • Processing of customer orders from end to end
  • Coordination of special deliveries at the customers' requests
  • Complaint processing
  • Maintaining customer portal

Your skills:

  • Experience in customer service is beneficial
  • Native Hebrew speaker with a good command of written and spoken business English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Self-motivation and problem solving skill
  • Detail-orientated team player
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP B1 and Sales Force is beneficial
  • Experience in the electronics industry and the ATE sector is beneficial
