The Role

The Site Head of Manufacturing is a key hire in a state-of-the-art facility currently being constructed in Frankfurt. As the Site Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for managing a new team and developing them into a highly efficient and effective unit. The Site Head of Manufacturing is also responsible for liaising with other key stakeholders on the site.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a highly effective Manufacturing department that also champions Operational Excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute production plans for timely clinical and commercial product delivery
• Align production with commercial goals through cross-functional collaboration
• Implement strategies to maximize production capacity and profitability
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and EMA regulations

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Extensive GMP, FDA, EMEA experience
• Operational Excellence
• GMP experience
• Basic salary: €160,000 – €200,000 per annum (open to further discussion and depending on experience)
• Performance based annual bonus
• LTIs
