Your Role
As a member of the People Department you will provide support to the organization's overall talent goals and have responsibility in upholding HR procedures, organizational development, and employee experience. You are an active member of the People Operations team, working closely with the entire HR department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the HR team to support new strategies, policies, and goals.
- Representing as the point of contact to employees for all HR-related matters.
- Partnering with the Talent Team to execute employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Overseeing employee benefits and payroll; upholding management regulations and legal compliances.
- Keeping up with the latest employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Handling employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors; advising through complex and/or sensitive matters.
- Fostering a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:
- Hold a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Human Resources etc.).
- Have 2+ years of relevant work experience in People Operations, Human Resource Management.
- Have a clear understanding of German labor law, HRIS, and payroll systems; experience with US/UK payroll systems is a plus.
- Are familiar with HR management tools such as Personio.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!
