What You’ll Do

• Compiler Development: Build and enhance the compiler for a proprietary data language using Scala and ZIO.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Work on large-scale distributed systems deployed on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Fullstack Integration: Develop and integrate frontend components in TypeScript and Angular.
• High-Performance Query Execution: Use Rust to optimize and execute queries efficiently.
• Scalable Data Processing: Contribute to a system that processes hundreds of terabytes of data daily.

What We’re Looking For Experience with JVM-based languages (preferably Scala)
Understanding of database architecture and distributed systems
Strong TypeScript skills with experience in modern web development
Kubernetes deployment experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points Experience with high-load, data-intensive applications
Background in functional programming (ZIO, Cats Effect)
Commercial experience with Rust in production environments
Hands-on experience with Angular applications
