Operations Performance Manager (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- Build transparency on operational performance of a wide network of affiliates & distributors for Sysmex. KPIs include OT, OC, OQ delliveries, linking several data basis and sources in order to provide an understanding of the reality in the EMEA operations (e.g. building a report on center of gravity in EMEA region)
- From the resulting report, you create a proposal with specified tasks for the Automation/waste disposal for the entire region
- You are the person in charge to put the first bricks of Risks & Opportunity Management in Manufacturing & SCM in the EMEA region by gathering, ranking and prioritizing action plans on Risks & Opportunities
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field of study, with a previous experience in Performance Management and or Process design and automation
- You already have experience in working with at least one Business Intelligence tool such as Data Studio or PowerBI
- You are able to communicate complex ideas clearly and negotiate with inter-cultural dimension
- Your English skills are fluent in spoken and written form
- Experience in process mapping or waste eradication programs such as Lean Six-Sigma
- Skills desirable but not required: Programming in low/no code tools in a context of performance management
