Your responsibilities

• As a junior or intermediate controller, you will be responsible for project controlling for digital projects.
• You will support our project managers in setting up commercial projects and assist in all controlling-relevant questions.
• You carry out monthly project reviews, including regular reviews of the profitability of ongoing customer projects.
• You are responsible for preparing and creating internal reports from different perspectives: projects, clients, employees.
• You carry out special analyses, give impulses and further develop the existing controlling processes.
• Your potential new team works in a hybrid environment. We can offer you offices in Berlin and Munich, but home office is also an option.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

• You have solid initial experience, ideally as a project controller in an agency or consulting environment that have already let you flex your analytical muscles.
• You have a degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training.
• As a controller, you are structured and conscientious and you know your tools (in our case MS Excel) better than the solution for quadratic equations.
• You enjoy working with clients and colleagues and can combine the world of controlling with the world of projects.
• You have basic knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) (ideally IFRS), have an affinity for the digital world and enjoy contributing that to our team.
• Excellent knowledge of the German language is mandatory.
