We practice an agile, remote workstyle with work distributed in cross-functional teams that span nearly every timezone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously. If working remotely isn't for you, we also have two offices (Cologne and Berlin) that you can choose to work from. Twice a year we come together with our teams for Team Days and once a year we offer an offsite company retreat, Summer Week. What you'll do

In your role, you'll support two teams (IT and Security) with the successful planning and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards in an agile environment. The IT team centrally designs, implements and maintains the tools and services needed by eyeo staff to be productive and successful in their roles, ranging from our central user directory over general productivity and collaboration tools to applications needed by specific teams. The Security team acts as trusted advisors for the business, leveraging their experience in the areas of infrastructure security, application security and risk management and compliance.

• Own IT administration and information security projects end-to-end: planning, coordinate execution, monitoring and stakeholder management
• Ensure clear goals and a manageable scope for delivery on-time, on-budget and on-quality
• Maintain relevant project documentation, including use cases, acceptance criteria and technical specifications
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders through agile reporting and demonstrations
• Collaborate with the team to define and track project metrics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables
• Be the first point of contact to the team's stakeholders and ensure the reflection of business needs in the team's roadmap
• Facilitate project management meetings and ensure effective team collaboration and alignment in an agile work environment
• Provide guidance and support to the team in adopting and adhering to agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

What you bring to the table…

• Minimum 2 years experience in multi-project management for IT and security teams
• Stakeholder-first mindset and the ability to identify the needs of others
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge around using Jira and Confluence to organize and document work
• Experience working in a hybrid on-site and remote environment
• Willingness to visit the Cologne office at least once a month
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects within budget, timeline and quality constraints
• Excellent project team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to balance the flexibility of agile principles with the need to ensure IT administration and information security best practices

It's awesome if you know about…

• Experience with ISO 27001 or similar certification projects
• Experience in measuring and reporting project performance (metrics, KPIs)
• Solid knowledge of information security concepts, frameworks and best practices
• Solid understanding of IT administration / IT Service Management principles, practices, and tools (e.g. ITIL)
