Our client is a rapidly growing software company which builds technology that powers sales of complex manufactured products and currently serves over 10,000 customers around the globe. While the HQ is based in the US, the EMEA HQ is based in Germany and soon an office will be opened in Poznan, Poland.
As the business is growing our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) to support the hiring managers across EMEA and be in direct contact with the Director Talent Acquisition in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with internal Hiring Managers to recognize staffing needs
- Cooperate with the Director Talent Acquisition in the US & the HR Business Partner in Germany to develop the best hiring strategy
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of assigned roles, including understanding requirements, drafting job specifications, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting, and scheduling candidate interviews, and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders
- Evaluating candidates based on their assignment and interview performance
- Provide interview feedback and answer candidates‘ queries regarding the application process
- Identifying fair compensation for both the candidate and the company
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Support onboarding and new hire process
- Creating Candidate Experience activities and supporting new initiatives in the employer branding area
- Participating in employer branding activities for boosting the reputation of the company
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who can work independently
- Orientation to self-development and non-standard solutions around HR
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Advanced research skills
- Experience in interviewing and selecting candidates
- Experience with different recruitment sources
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English and German
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting individuals for positions in Sales
- Experience recruiting candidates within EMEA
- Experience with different interview formats (e.g., phone, group, structured interviews etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
