Your tasks
- Acceptance of orders from our international customers in close cooperation with our area managers.
- Checking of orders with regard to availability on the requested date, order confirmations and invoicing.
- Preparation of all necessary export documents for our international customers and partners.
- Preparation of the necessary customs and foreign trade documents, also by means of electronic data interchange.
- Independent correspondence with our branches and forwarding agencies.
- Transport planning and coordination of our machines in your area of responsibility.
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training.
- Professional experience in order, export, customs processing and customer support.
- Confident use of MS Office applications and an ERP system.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite.
- Agricultural, agricultural engineering knowledge is desirable.
- A high level of commitment, organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure as well as customer-oriented thinking round off your profile.
