THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Further development of data protection processes to protect personal data and data protection management systems for regular review of business processes and structures
• Integration of data protection into IT risk management and preparation of risk reports for management
• Evaluation of data protection measures, application of data protection guidelines (according to BDSG and GDPR), consulting of managers and specialist teams
• Drafting of data protection documents, such as data protection declarations or declarations of consent, and coordination with the data protection officer
• Independent conception and implementation of workshops, training measures, and reviews, as well as preparation of presentations and decision templates
• With growing or already acquired expertise and experience, increasing responsibility or tasks in adjacent fields of activity are possible

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Successfully completed studies in business law, law, computer science, business informatics, or another subject area with a recognizable connection to data protection, IT, and compliance
• Professional experience in data protection or in consulting, IT project management, IT compliance, business process management, or similar tasks with a strong focus on data protection
• Knowledge of corporate data protection, GDPR, and BDSG, e.g., through certifications or previous employment relationships
• Experience with data subject rights, data processing agreements, records of processing activities (VVT), and data protection management systems
• Ideally, know-how in ITIL4, IT audits, IT security, ISO27001, COBIT, business process management, and/or IT compliance
• Very good German and English skills, an independent working style, and a good mix of assertiveness and diplomatic skills
