Aim
The FAE must be able to build trust and establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as internal Business Units. You would need to invest in your product and system level knowledge on an ongoing basis through the various training and development opportunities.

Main Tasks:
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge level for wide range industrial, healthcare and broad market
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements with a strong focus on SW identifying customer needs
- Translate customer requirements into specifications and/or design ideas for our BU
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFQs
- Being able to build Proof of Concept demos and proactively support the customer
- Travel to customer sites together with Account Managers supporting deep dive technology discussions
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is aligned with the BU strategy
Requirements:
- BS/MS in electrical/electronic engineering
- More than 3 years work experience in engineering and/or semiconductors
- Fluency in C and/or C++, good knowledge of python and familiarity with assembly code; knowledge of other languages is a pro
- Good knowledge of embedded systems and processor architectures
- Good knowledge of IDE for embedded systems (such as Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Arduino IDE, Keil, IAR, ...)
- Good knowledge of Digital interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, USB
- Good understanding of DAC and ADCs
- Good understanding of Real Time Operating Systems and underlying concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with social nature
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills as need to collaborate with global teams
- Proven customer project management skills
- Available for travel 50%
- Driver license required
- Languages: English (min. C1, German is a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Curious nature and willingness to challenge the status quo
