• Minimum Bachelor degree, Master Degree preferred in relevant discipline, or equivalent training and experience
• At least 5 years relevant HR experience in high tech environment and manufacturing site
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Fluency in German and English
• Leading the HR department, in full compliance with the applicable statutory and corporate requirements
• Act as a collaborative and influential leader demonstrating critical interpersonal relationship and judgement skills, which are required to develop and assess the senior management population and influence business outcomes
• Coach, mentor and contribute to the development of business leaders
• Relation management to worker councils
• Work across all levels of the organization to provide HR guidance and service support
• Manage employee relations and provide conflict resolution support
• Support and / or lead HR sponsored corporate projects and initiatives
• Partner with the business to build a high performance work team culture and environment
• Partner with the business to assess, manage and/or deliver training and development activities
