As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT) Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, providing expert guidance on hardware deployments, diagnostics, and decommissions. You will support technician performance, prioritize tasks, and monitor KPIs and SLAs. This role offers leadership development, training opportunities, and career growth.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with basic knowledge of computer hardware and experience supporting IT equipment or working with technical teams.
- Experience managing or supervising others.
Background Check Requirements :
Ability to meet security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years.
Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in data centers, relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, CDCP, MCP, Six Sigma), and leadership experience with technical teams.
