Job Description
You will:
- Design visually appealing and compelling thumbnails for our YouTube videos.
- Create thumbnails that accurately represent the video.
- Understand our target audience and create thumbnails that resonate with their preferences and interests.
- Maintain a consistent visual style for our thumbnails to reinforce our brand identity and make our content easily recognizable.
- Collaborate closely with our content creators and editors to ensure that thumbnails align with the video.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in YouTube thumbnail design.
- Analyze the performance of thumbnails and adapt your designs based on data and audience feedback.
- Ensure the technical quality and compliance of thumbnails with YouTube.
- Conduct Thumbnail A/B tests and analyze data to create the best performing thumbnails.
You should have:
- Proven experience as a Thumbnail Artist or Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative eye.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
- Understanding of YouTube.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to conduct tests, analyze data and make decisions based on it.
