Position Overview
The Department of Philosophy at the University of California, Riverside invites applications for a position in 19th and 20th century European philosophy. This is an open rank position (tenure track or tenured).
Qualifications
Philosophical and historical competence with respect to 19th and/or 20th century philosophy are prerequisites. A PhD is required by the time of appointment.
Responsibilities
- Graduate and undergraduate teaching (4 courses per year on the quarter system)
- Thesis supervision
- Standard non-teaching duties
