As a Supply Chain Manager & Device End-Assembly at Synapticon GmbH, you will play a key role in this process. You will build bridges between suppliers, final assembly and customers. Therefore you will ensure that our innovative products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality. You are the backbone of our production chain and an essential factor that enables us to advance robotics worldwide.
YOUR TASKS
In your role as a Supply Chain Manager & Device End-Assembly you will take one of the central positions in our company. You will be the architect of our supply chain and use your skills in contract price and conditions negotiations with our suppliers. You will be the first point of contact for all supplier issues, from processing orders to managing escalations and ensuring supplier quality. You will also be responsible for managing incoming goods, ensuring that our high quality products arrive, are recorded and stored on time and in perfect condition. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring our final assembly processes. You will lead and motivate the team, ensure a smooth production flow and always ensure the high quality of our products. In addition, you will actively participate in defining, implementing and optimizing the processes. You strive to achieve continuous improvements in your area of responsibility and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of your department and our company. Finally, you are the heart of our production chain and play a decisive role in making our products a reality.
YOUR PROFILE
As a Supply Chain Manager & Device End-Assembly you are a true master of communication and negotiation, a talent you have ideally already demonstrated in the supply chain management world. You have a proactive, committed personality, are enthusiastic about challenges and feel the urge to continuously improve processes. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with our production processes and use your "hands-on" mentality to ensure the delivery reliability and quality of our products. We pay special attention to your technical affinity, especially in the field of electronics. Our products are complex electromechanical assemblies, and an understanding of individual components such as resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, controllers, and diodes is a plus. Although a university degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a similar field is desirable, it is your motivation and ambition that will make the difference. Your good German and English skills will support you in your daily work and enable you to operate effectively in our international environment.
