Job Description
Yazaki is a full systems supplier of wire harness, electrical, data products and solutions enabling vehicle electrification, connectivity, and autonomy integration. With approximately 250,000 employees in 45 countries, Yazaki is driving and optimizing vehicle electrification and power distribution architecture and developing advanced electric components for hybrid and full electric vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Data Analytics Landscape of Supply Management (SM).
- Optimization and development of applications and processes.
- Optimization of future analytic tools.
- Reduce the effort for Reporting activities through digitalization and automation.
- Support the Supply Management (SM) teams with insights from data and processes:
- Develop workflow and task management tools for the process landscape of SM.
- Build data sets and databases for analyses and coordinate data exchange with IT.
- Develop analytic solutions for complex circumstances with advanced tools beyond Excel.
- Project-Management for selected projects.
- Provide insights from analyses to different stakeholders.
- Report of Purchasing KPIs, results and any important characteristic.
- Analyze Purchasing data and initiate and monitor cleansing or correction activities within SM and with IT.
- Monitor, track and report progress / achievements.
- Prepare & attend road map review meetings.
- Present key projects to senior management.
