Plexus are partnered with a leading full decentralized blockchain oracle perfect for scaling and providing accurate, up to date on-chain data. They are looking for a Technical Project Manager:
The role:
- Encourage an inclusive and collaborative environment across all avenues of the business
- Help mediate technical discussions within the engineering team
- Be the scrum master - Daily stand-up, sprint planning and review
- Optimize all engineering processes
- Act as the point of contact between the founder and engineering team
- Working with stakeholders to help define the product roadmap
Requirements
- Strong technical background (5+ years experience in Project management)
- Experience working with technical engineering teams to push execution of roadmaps
- Technical understanding of code in the EVM network
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong organisational skills - prioritising tasks in a fast moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
