YOUR ROLE
- Manage all service / support operations of the department at factory level
- Implement a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Assisting Production Manager during production to carry out the process according to the defined standards of process
- Monitoring the production processes and advising to adjust schedules as needed
- Monitoring product standards and supporting on implementation of quality-control plans
- Assuming responsibility for creating cooperation between Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics departments
- Ensuring that Henkel Safety, Health and Environment guidelines are implemented
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or related departments
- 2-3 years of experience in production area
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Advanced user of MS Office applications and presentations
