International Application Specialist (f/m/x) Haemostasis

Your responsibilities

• Providing 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region for haemostasis analysers, reagents, and applications
• Providing 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region for middleware and automation solution in the context haemostasis analysers
• Handling requests on application as well as analytical issues including the appropriate documentation, processing and partly forwarding of service requests to relevant support units
• Planning, preparing, and performing alpha and beta testing of new software versions of haemostasis analysers in Sysmex Europe facilities and external sites
• Contributing to new product developments based on customers‘ needs and required usability improvements
• Running reports to determine recurring malfunctions and documenting resolutions
• Providing installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors
• Conducting application training and taking part in other trainings in our training centre
• Escalating product improvement requests to our headquarter in Japan

Your profile

• Education in medical laboratory technology or equivalent
• Expert theoretical knowledge and practical experience of working with haemostasis testing in a lab
• Good understanding of laboratory middleware is a MUST, knowledge of haemostasis work area manager as a big plus
• Profound experience as a product trainer
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• Ideally German speaking
• Ability to convey complex information in a simplified and comprehensible way
• Friendliness, accuracy and reliability, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 30%)
