What you'll do
As a member of the Content Production team your mission will be to support the team with the operation of daily office functions and duties, such as:
- Production planning
- Content production, including administrative support to project managers within the available working time
- Updating materials including PowerPoint and excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
- Production of interactive tutorials
- Maintaining the excel based production planning environment and reporting
- Developing collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional
- Potentially supporting internal projects
- Assist the team on prioritized tasks

- Computer skills: very good skills in MS Office application (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Language skills: very good communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)

The Product Learning Design - End user Enablement Team is responsible for the End-to-End Production of Embedded Learning. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
