Requirements

Welcoming and looking after our international and discerning guests
Smooth handling of check-in and check-out
Induction of new employees
First point of contact for our guests
Taking on administrative tasks such as correspondence, telephone switchboard, etc.
Individual processing of guest enquiries and hotel reservations (voice module)
Good knowledge of German and other foreign languages make you the perfect candidate
