Your responsibilities:
- Identification of patenting opportunities, drafting of patent applications and development of suitable filing strategies
- Handling of all stages of patent prosecution, including requesting SPCs/PTEs where applicable
- Supporting the Patent Conflicts Team as needed
- Additional tasks based on experience and/or interest
Dein Profil
Your profile:
- Freshly qualified or partially qualified European patent attorney
- Excellent master's degree in organic chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry or related studies required; a PhD is desirable
- Proactive with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least a willingness to learn German
