IT System Administrator / IT Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

1. IT support: You will ensure that our customers\‘ IT infrastructure and our own runs smoothly – remotely or directly on site.
2. Installation & configuration: You install, configure and administer servers, networks and IT systems.
3. Problem solving: You analyze technical faults, find the cause and ensure that they are quickly rectified.
4. System maintenance: You keep all systems up to date with regular updates, backups and optimizations.
5. Customer contact: You are the first point of contact for inquiries and faults and work closely with our customers.
6. Project work: You support rollouts, IT optimizations and other exciting projects.

Your profile

1. Specialist knowledge: You have completed training in the IT field or a degree in computer science. Experience in system administration or IT support is a plus.
2. Technical know-how: You have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, network technology (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and virtualization (Hyper-V). Initial experience with container virtualization (e.g. Docker) is desirable.
3. Problem-solving mentality: You like to analyze and find solutions quickly – even for complex challenges.
4. Customer focus: You like to communicate, enjoy customer contact and are service-oriented.
5. Flexibility: You are willing to travel occasionally and have a class B driver\’s license.
6. Personality: You are a team player, curious and actively contribute your individual strengths.
